Dr. Kenneth Fung
DMD
Dr. Kenneth Fung was born in Hong Kong and moved to Vancouver when he was 16. He earned his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiology and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from The University of British Columbia (UBC).
With over 25 years of dental practice, Dr. Kenneth Fung continues to embrace lifelong learning in his field and maintains a fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kenneth Fung enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, spending quality time with his family and friends, and staying active through badminton and biking.
Dr. Jolene Hsieh
DMD
Dr. Jolene Hsieh earned her DMD degree from Taipei Medical university in 2012, and completed two years of residency training in Cathay General Hospital where she gained experience for a variety of treatments. She later came to Canada in 2018, where she successfully completed the licensure exam to practice in Canada.
Dr. Jolene Hsieh is renowned for her gentle touch and empathetic approach. She understands that dental anxiety is common and strives to create a calming environment for her patients.
When Dr. Jolene Hsieh is not in the clinic, she loves to spend time with her newborn son, and exploring beautiful trails in BC with family and friends.
Dr. Jessy Chen
DMD
Dr. Jessy Chen earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree in the Philippines in 2015 and later completed his Canadian NDEB certification to practice dentistry in Canada.
Dr. Jessy Chen understands that dental visits can be stressful, which is why he prioritizes a warm, welcoming environment for every patient. Dedicated to patient-centered care, he designs personalized treatment plans with a strong focus on prevention: catching and treating minor issues before they escalate.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Jessy Chen treasures quality time with his wife and their infant son. Whether they are exploring local parks, embarking on family walks, or simply enjoying the milestones of early parenthood, he finds great joy in his role as a husband and father.
Dr. Jade Li
DMD
Dr. Jade Li earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of British Columbia after completing a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry and Neurophysiology. Throughout her clinical training, she gained experience providing comprehensive dental care including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal treatments, and post and core buildups, with a strong emphasis on patient comfort and education.
Dr. Jade Li is passionate about helping patients feel informed and confident in their oral health. She values a gentle, patient-centered approach and enjoys building long-term relationships with individuals and families through personalized care and prevention-focused dentistry.
In addition to her dental training, Dr. Jade Li has extensive experience in mentorship and education through academic tutoring and community outreach programs. She has also worked with Indigenous youth through STEM mentorship initiatives and has a background in dental assisting, which helped shape her collaborative and compassionate approach to patient care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jade Li enjoys hiking, fitness, and exploring different cultures through travel and food.
Vannesa
Licensed Dental Hygienist
Vannesa is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair—even though she knows no one actually enjoys being there. She believes a little kindness, a few laughs, and a gentle approach can make every appointment a little easier.
Having grown up in Edmonton and spent part of her education in Beijing, Vannesa enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing her to help patients feel more at ease in the language they’re most comfortable with.
Lindsey
Certified Dental Assistant
Lindsey is a Certified Dental Assistant and proud graduate of Vancouver Community College. She is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and takes pride in educating patients on the importance of their oral health. Lindsey’s top priority is ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and comfortable during their visit. With a deep appreciation for all aspects of dentistry, Lindsey credits her growth and continued development to her mentors, Lexys and Zidny, who have guided and inspired her for over three years. Outside of the dental office, Lindsey enjoys running as she trains for races and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Siea
Office Manager
Siea was born in North Vancouver and raised in Langley BC. Siea graduated from the Dental Receptionist program in 2001 and started her career as receptionist and currently, office manager. It is very important to Siea that every patient is treated with care and understanding. She strives to provide excellent service to both her patients and her dental team.
Angel
Patient Care Coordinator
Angel was born in Taiwan and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. She has been working in the dental field since 2011 and is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her two children and friends, playing pickleball, and travelling.

With over 10 years of the experiences in dental field, I take pride in providing friendly, attentive, and professional support to our patients.
Helping people and ensuring they have a positive experience at our clinic is the most rewarding part of my job.
In my free time, I enjoy trying different cuisines and traveling around the world, especially to Japan, my favorite destination.
Miya
Patient Care Coordinator
Miya is originally from Shanghai, China, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. She is passionate about providing a warm and welcoming experience for every patient and strives to make each visit as comfortable as possible.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, traveling, exploring new cafés, and spending time with family and friends.
Very efficient, fast service. The have been devoted staff willing to go beyond the duty to ensure customers are satisfied with their checkup times. I’ve been to many Ortho locations over Richmond, this one is the most friendliest and most welcoming of all.
